Policies


RESERVATIONS

Reservations can be made by calling 1-760-765-1083

Two night minimum booking for Fridays or Saturdays (Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday) & Holiday
* reservations.

One night deposit required to confirm reservations.

Deposit can be made by mailing a check or money order to the address below.  Credit cards can be accepted over the phone, we won't charge your credit card until your stay, unless there is a cancellation (see below).  PayPal can be accepted to account: payment
(at)mountainhighbnb.com.

*"Holidays" are defined as: All Federally recognized holidays, the day after Thanksgiving and the week between Christmas and New Years.

CANCELLATIONS

If circumstances arise that you must cancel your reservation with less than a 7-day notice, your credit card will be charged for a one night stay.  If you placed a cash or check deposit for one night, it will be forfeited. If a last minute booking fills your cancellation, your credit card will not be charged or your money will be refunded.

PAYMENT

We can accept all major credit cards, debit cards, personal checks, PayPal or cash.

ON-SITE

Check-in is 4:00 PM till 7:00 PM
Please call us if you expect your check-in to be later then 7:00 PM

Check-out is 12:00 Noon

SPA hours are from 8 AM - 11 PM

SMOKING

We are a NON-SMOKING facility.  Smoking is not allowed ANYWHERE on our property.   If you smoke, please don't ask for a reservation unless you can refrain from smoking during your entire stay.  If we find evidence of smoking in the rooms or around the rooms, after you've checked-out, we will charge your credit card a $250 fine.  We take this policy seriously, we hope you do too. 

PETS

Approved pets will be taken in the Rose Cottage only.  A non-refundable cleaning fee of $30.00
will be charged per pet.  All pets must be approved first, during the time the reservation is made.

The following rules must be obeyed at all times:
1.  Dogs must be kept on-leash whenever they are out of doors.
2.  All fecal matter must be picked up, placed in plastic bags and deposited in a trash can.
3.  Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
4.  You wipe your feet before entering a dwelling, please do the same for your dog.

If any of these rules are disobeyed, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
